The Internship is a great movie for motivating the people who have faith in themselves, but get some lesser opportunities or are suppressed by people. The movie revolves around two salesman and friends Billy and Nick, who are not so happy from their life and get a chance to prove themselves by trying for an internship in Google.

They finally reached Google office and they see that all of the interns are students, but this doesn't makes their morale down. When they reach the Google office, they are totally fascinated about the technology, about the environment of the place. 

When they reach the orientation hall, everyone makes fun of them since they are much older, from sales department and aren't much educated. But then they also decide that they will compete and show the word that they are capable of doing everything what the world thinks that they cannot.

The mentor at Google office takes the orientation of the newcomers and introduces them about their internship and makes them familiar with the tasks that they will be completing and they have to finish within time to get the offer of permanent job and that only one team will be finally selected for the same at any of the Google office they wish.

The teams are divided and everyone laughs at the team in which Billy and Nick are there. But the team very beautifully complete the tasks distributed at each stage. Final task is the sales of the product. This is what Nick and Billy are good at. Finally this makes them win and the team is offered what they were assured of.
