She has some serious issues with her parents, but has no other option. Her life is very sad and unhappy. She looks for a psychologist, to treat her insomnia after she had heard him speaking at mental health awareness conference.
She sees Dr Jahangir. Meanwhile, the treatment she meets Rumi, a musician, with whom she falls in love eventually. But, the end before anything happens, since, they find that they may not be good fits for each other.
While in Goa, she comes quite close to her younger brother, Kiddo. Kaira outbreaks at her family in a small get-together, for leaving her with her grandparents, when she needed them.
She tells the story to Dr. Jug, and has great fears about getting abandoned by the people she loves. She wonders what would happen if they leave.
Kaira, after being told to understand being much mature, that her parents humans and humans make mistakes, she reconciles with them. She also managed to finish her short movie.
It is the last session with Jug, where Kaira admits that she has started falling for him. The doctor is nature enough to explain her that they should maintain the dignity of doctor-patient relationship and there is no more possibility, even when they share alike feelings for each other.
They share a hug at the last moment. Kaira mera a furniture designer at the premiere of her short film. And the life goes on.
