Ajay is a son of rich man. He is a spoilt man, who falls for Asha. While Asha has many responsibilities on her. Vijay is searching for a job, who is a middle class guy, loves Aarti. Ajay and Vijay have a hatred for each other. Aarti asks her father to help Vijay get a job. He ends up by getting him a job in the same company he works. He doesn't know that the company is owned by Ajay.
Ajay tried to fire him from the company, but doesn't succeeds.
Later Vijay reveals that they both are brothers from another mothers. Vijay's father left his mom for remarrying for money. He tells Ajay, that they will find his mom.
They are ready to take a revenge and come together. Vijay hears Ajay and his mother conversing that he will give an equal share to him and knowing the truth forgives him.
Ajay' mother is attacked by goons and they two avenge Bhogilal who was responsible for their father's death. Ajay's mother is about to die and she hand overs his son to Nirmala Devi and they live happily ever.
