Kajal is a young girl, who falls in love with Ravi and married him later. Ravi is a wealthy and rich singer, and his uncle Dhirendra, and cousin Narendra wish to have all his wealth. Narendra tries an unsuccessful attempt to raipur Kajal, but gets caught. Dhirendra hires goons to kill Ravi, who eventually dies after killing Narendra.
The widow, Kajal and Ravi's mother move to a new city. Kajal is insisted by her mother in law to start with a fresh beginning. They accidentally hit Raja, who feels in love with Kajal. When he confesses his feelings, Kajal tells him that she is a widow.
Raja's father again being a rich man, is unhappy to see Kajal in life if his son, but Raja leaves him and asks Laxmi to marry Kajal. They marry, with a condition of Raja, that he won't be touching kajal until she accepts their relation.
Raja opens a garage along with his friends. He has an accident and Kajal goes to see him while he is in hospital. She senses that she also has some feelings for Raja. This is their new beginning.
Raja befriends a man by saving his life, and this person is Ravi who's alive. Kajal is shocked when she finds that Ravi is alive, but continues to stay with Raja.
When Ravi's uncle gets to know that he is alive, he kidnaps the couple. Meanwhile, Ravi and Raja beat Dhirendra, they discover that a bomb had been tied up with Kajal. Ravi switches it off. When Dhirendra returns to kill Ravi, he starts the bomb, which explodes. This sacrifice leads Raja and Kajal towards a happy life.
