What is inter-personal role in management?

Inter -personal roles are the ones that deals with the human beings .

Examples are for making networks ,i.e.liasions ,motivating people through leadership and emissioning and inspiring the people that is figurehead.

These are as follows -

1. Figurehead -

This role aims at inspiring workers in the organistation and make them feel connected within the organisation.

The manager plays the role of a person who is available to help the workers and support them whenever they need it.

2.Leader-

The manager leads his team with providing motivation at all times and supporting them also focusing on achievement of organisational goals.

The role includes guiding the workers about their work and how can they accomplish the given target .

3.Liasion-

Here the manager communicates with variety of people both from within the organisation and outside of it .It is based on comminication skills of the manager.
