A group or community with which we share common experiences is Culture. These groups are the ones where we are born into. It can also include groups that we want to become part of.
The people who belong to different cultural backgrounds communicate in a different way which is locked by Cross-Cultural Communication. It just wants to understand how people who belong to different cultures communicate with each other. There might be misunderstandings which people face and culture is often the root of communication challenges.
