Informational roles deals with gathering information and analysing them to share with the teammates.

As monitor the manager serves as the main role ,a disseminator he transfers and collects information of other employees and then as a spokesperson he sends this information to the people outside the organisation such as the stakeholders ,experts etc.

These are as follows -

1. MONITOR -

It is the key role as the main job of a manager is to monitor the situation.He administers as well as monitors the changes occuring in the environment and pepares well before time to respond to changes quickly.

2.DISSEMINATOR -

This role enhances the manager in distributing the knowledge of information with his team .

It is the process of gathering information from both the external and internal sources and dissemenating relevant or key information with the teammates.

3. SPOKESPERSON-

As a spokesperson manager talks about the achievement of the team and the probelms if any that are faced by it.

If the manager is not good in speaking or not a good spokesperson then the outsiders will not be able to learn about the organisational goals.
