What are the fundamental rights ?

The provision of part 3 of our Indian constitution enumerates fundamental rights .

These are the fundamental rights given to us -

1.Right to EQUALITY

2.Right to PARTICULAR FREEDOMS

3.Right against EXPLOITATION

4.CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS

5.Right to constitutional remedies.

6.Right to FREEDOM OF RELIGION

7.Right to property has been eliminated by 44th amendment act thus ONLY SIX freedom now remain,in ARTICLE 19(1).
