Decisional roles deals with takng decisions related for the betterment of the organisation.

Thse are -

1. ENTREPRENEUR -

Manager acts like an entrepreneur where he runs his small business .Though he has various superiors but often he had to make decisions on his own .This shows the role of an entrepreneur where he finds the solution to the problem quickly ,takes decisions ,constantly thinks about new methods through which the team will move forward.

2.DISTURBANCE HANDLER -

This role of a manager helps the manager in getting the team on the right track,after the disturbance has occured.This role focuses on resolving conflicts among the members or tacking the problems outside the business.

3 .RESOURCE ALLOCATOR -

In this the manager gets the work done by using resources nicely or optimally .

4.NEGITIATOR -

This is the final role of the manager .It occurs both inside and outside of organisation.It helps in bringing team to common goals keeping in mind individual goals
