Creditors allowed by suppliers on purchase of raw-material gives rise to a Current Liability viz. amount payable to creditors. If we can pay for the purchases later, to that extent we need less funds and lower Working Capital. A company which makes all purchases in cash will not have creditors whereas a company enjoying longer credit will have large amount of creditors.
