Answer 17. Dunckel draft is set of rule set by Arthur Dunckel. Uruguay round of multilateral trade negotiation was initiated or started in September 1986 and concluded in September 1993. Mr. Arthur Dunckel of GATT submitted a proposal on the 20 december 1991 known as dunckel draft or dunckel proposal which introduce trade liberalisation in many area like TRIM's or TRIPs'
TRIM's = trade related Investment measures.
TRIPs' = Trade related Intellectual property rights.
Other services textile clothing and agricultural subsidy. This proposal was discussed in the final round of GATT and finally signed on April 1994 govt. of member countries of GATT concluded the Uruguay round negotiation in December 1994.
