Mukherjee was born on May 17, 1992, in Kolkata. She educated from Assembly of God Church School at Park Street. Then she admitted at Heramba Chandra College and completed B.Com. After that, Mukherjee won Miss Beauty of Kolkata.

At first, Mukherjee began her film career in 2015 with Raj Chakraborty's movie, Parbona Ami Chartey Tokey. Mukherjee plays Aparna, a romantic interest in the movie.
