Women , the most strong human being who go through thousands of struggles and troubles to get her lives . The strongest human being who knows how to deal with the difficulties of life and stand by all though situations and still strong and motivated creatures are , women.

Empowerment type that need to be focused to improve our environment and life of female are :

• Social. Social empowerment might be one of the most prominent forms of empowerment shown in the mainstream media.

• Political. 


• Psychological.

Few things which need to be given to women freely so that they can thrive openly to move ahead of their miserable conditions

• Access the resources necessary to meet their needs and reach their potential. These include material resources (land, equipment, and finances), social resources (relationships, networks, and connections) and human resources (knowledge, skills, and creativity).


• Have the agency to make decisions to shape their future. Agency is influenced by collective assets and capabilities, which include voice, organisation, and identity.


• Thrive in an enabling environment that businesses contribute to shape. This includes formal and informal laws, regulatory frameworks, and norms that govern behaviour.
