What to do when you feel low?



Sometimes due to office work,sometimes due to some personal issues we feel low that is we  feel either demotivated or feel like doing nothing and tend to feel lonely and sad.


This happens to almost each and everyone of us due to one or the other reasons,due to work load,family issues or even personal health factors,etc


We dont understand what to do , how to come out of it and how to make us feel happy again ,but beleive me when I say,its, " We" ourselves who can help us come out of this phase.


How!!!! here are some of the things we can do to feel happy and stop feeling low -


1. Try to call your loved ones they will help you realize your self worth.,it can be our friends ,family anyone whom we feel connected to .


2.Try to be greatful to all that you have,your family ,parents ,your life, and note it down everyday the one thing that you are greatful of ,and call it as your Gratitude diary.


3.Stay away from toxic people who contribute nothing more than pain in your life,select the ones who are there for you ,when you actually need them and stay from negative and toxic people.


4.Enjoy your victory appreciate and praise yourself whenever you achieve something be it big or small. SELF APPRECIATION is a key to happiness.


5.Exercise or do yoga to keep yourself active for your physical fitness and eat healthy food.


6.Listen to your favorite songs,pursue any of your hobby if you have one.


7.Always stand up for yourself if somebody tries to demean you dont let that happen at any cost.


These are some of the ways that can help anyone at the time they are feeling low ,doing this can surely make you feel happy once again.
