Why this country, with full fame and name is being found deprived at name of jobs ?

A country with 133 million population is facing poverty crisis, why? 
education the basic need for employment opportunities, but people are deprived of this basic knowledge. Due to lake of money parents send child for child labour so that they can earn fir their food daily. Child are not students here at age of studies and learning kids are doing work for food not fir earning earnings. Than we will reach at good status of literary rates and how employment will raise and how people will get basic education. Girls are married at age of 12-18 so that they get support of other to survive or they are sell out for money . But this is not passion of parents to sell their children but they are forced to do so because of financial crisis. Many talents are left behind and are forces to work or to get married just because of costly education and education expenditure. 
to raise the craze of education one  must take immediate steps to aware people that go to education institutes and get privileges of education so that your child will not be called unemployed or will not starve for food at-least. He/ she will be able to work by the own and can get eligible job and money fir survival and happy life. 
but one more major factor is many of the people are in need to work are not getting information for jobs , for vacancy.Government is taking steps to aware people and giving many opportunities to them but due to unaware information and technology people those who are in need are suffering more . So to raise employment and literary rates in India few awareness programmes and projects should be launched so that people get basic information about education and job opportunities.
