TIPS TO REDUCE WORK STRESS.



Cooperate world brings along with it stress piled underneath papers and data processors. Struggling to smile and work under nine-to-five job is no joke. According to the researches percentage of people facing tightness at the workplace is exceptionally high today. Countless studies provide a list of disease that excessive work-load can cause and by no means, I am willing to scare you with these facts, instead, I'm here to discuss and advise you about the evergrowing complications that one has to face in the course of his or her day job. 


HEADACHE, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, INSOMNIA, CHEST PAIN, BACKACHE, MOOD SWING or any other physical disorders of such type prevails the work pressure a normal human tends to face on a daily basis. These little items may even drive you towards gigantic diseases like migraine or depression. This is a matter of excruciating annoyance to the masses out there and we ought to think of a solution now!


With all those studies and surveys I came up with several points to keep in mind while dealing with stress at work.


1. MEDITATE.


   It is now extremely essential for us to consider meditating twice or thrice a week to reduce work stress. Meditation makes you feel happy and concentrated, it eliminates negative thoughts from the mind and brings clarity and calmness to the soul. Practicing meditation also prevents affliction and protects the body from mental sickness too. Try to take out time in the morning or evening and give 10-15 minutes of your busy schedule to practice this, make it a habit of meditating often. This habit will release stress and will help you think wise. 


2. POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS.  


Establishing positive informal relationships at work can do wonders. Try building a habit of having lunch with your co-worker, go out occasionally, celebrate together or even exchange gifts on festivals like Diwali, X-mas, Thanksgiving, Holi, etc. Constructing positive friendship at works bring comfort at the workplace. Work towards converting the office as a happy-go-lucky and a stress-free zone to work in. 


3. SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY.  


Well, this is the most important point to keep in mind. They say, ' Family is the first essential cell of human society.' It is almost impossible to live without them, they are those people who have seen you go through thick and thin and loved you even in your hard times. This close circle deserves love and care. Spending time with your loved ones say: parents or wife or kids or siblings makes you strong and happy from within. They are those pillar of strength that will help you forget your worries easily. So, without even giving a second thought spend time with them after work. 


4. GOODBYE TO GADGETS AFTER WORK.  


Since you have been working on the system all day, is it important to use gadgets even after completing the work? Not necessarily. The point here is that let's just keep all the technology aside, don't you think it's straining our eyes and coiling our backs? We all know the answer to this. It's a big yes, so why not get rid of them as soon as we reach home. 


5. INDULGENCE. 


Finally, let's think out of the box, now I'm not asking you to work again here! Just close your eyes and think of activities that you think can make you happy. This could be cooking, painting, playing, or even watching movies. All of such indulgence releases stress and brings pleasure. 


Eventually, just keep in mind do not think too much about work and smile and laugh as much as you can. Laughter is the best healer after all.
