TIPS ON HOW TO AVOID OVEREATING.



Self-control is a struggle for many people, especially when it comes to eating food and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The struggle then gets real. Eating too much in one seating or taking too many calories throughout a day are common habits that can be hard to break. Although breaking this cycle is hard perhaps not impossible. There are ways to kick out this out of your life completely. Let's look at how we can do the same. 


1. WATER IS THE KEY.


When I say water is the key to ditch calories I mean stay hydrated and drink H20 as much as possible. Water have N number of advantages for the body, besides eliminating harmful fluid, it also helps your stomach to feel fuller. This illusion created by water makes you intake fewer calories than usual. So try drinking water before meal.


2. DON'T GIVE UP ENTIRELY.


Not having your favorite junk around completely can make your urge wilder. So don't quit everything altogether, go slow. If you think you like a particular cookie you might consider having one after a meal. Try not to be hard on yourself in the very beginning it may cause you craving even more. Slow and steady wins the race after all. 


3. ADD SALADS TO OUR DIETS.


The last tip coming from me is exclusively important. Try having lots of salads and roughage before the meal, they lower downs the urge for main course making you feel fuller already (I'm not asking you to give up on meals, just to escape the idea of overeating the portion having lots of calories).
