TIPS ON BEDTIME ROUTINE FOR HEALTHY SKIN.



Following skin routine can be a hectic deal sometimes but the results that it brings out are worth the wait. I often notice people not following skin routine seriously end up creating major long term skin problems for themselves Well, as a matter of fact, following any sort of a routine always brings a much-required discipline in life.


So as a gift for you all young laddies I decided to write about my nightly ritual and certain things I do to my skin before going to bed. 


1. REMOVING THE MAKEUP. 


I always make sure to remove the mascara, kajal, and lip shades I wear. Whether it is a normal applied makeup base or a heavy party one, doing this ritual makes sure that my skin has enough open pores to breath in.


2. MOISTURIZING.


Moisturizing your skin is a must needed, it eliminates the popping up of breakouts and makes your skin soft and smooth. If you already have an oily skin apply a less light moisturizer. On the other hand, if you have a dry one then do not shy away to apply heavy one.


3. NIGHT CREAM. 


Most of you might not be aware of a night cream but since we have a habit of waking up late at night, so night creams help us to fight the black spots, dark circles, and acts as an anti-aging cream for the skin.
