Tips for healthy and a glowing skin.



A healthy and a glowing skins provides you confidence to face the world without any hurdle, we often see people around us having acne, oily or a dry skin, ever wondered why? That's because of the little blunders that they happen to commit in daily lives, sooner or later you can be one of them. Prevention is better than cure after all, so let me just give a brief description how to protect and bring natural glow to the skin. 


1. DRINK WATER. 


Yes, the first and the most important step for a healthy skin is drinking a lot of water. H2o removes the extra fluid form the body paving way for a natural glow. Make a point of having water almost every hour (if possible), also water hydrates skin tissues by increasing skin elasticity. 


2. EXFOLIATE. 


Exfoliating skin twice a week while provide you better results. It removes dead cells from the skin, giving a fresh and a natural glow! Just a tiny disclaimer: do not exfoliate too hard on your face, it can make your skin look dry and can even cause rahses and other skin allergies. 


3. MOISTURIZER 


After the exfoliating step, always remember to moisture your skin, it protects from skin sensitivity and improves tone and texture. Moisturizer prevents dry skin and acts as a temporary barrier for it. 


4. SUNSCREEN. 


The very important thing to keep in mind is using sunscreen before going out in sun. It protects your skin from harmful ultraviolet Ray's from the sun, also prevents sun-tan. Too much of exposure in the sun can cause irritation, rashes, acne and scars, and to avoid such situations always apply sunscreen before going out. 


5. REMOVE MAKEUP BEFORE BED. 


People often this point, perhaps a study shows that wearing too much makeup for a very long time can cause major skin problems to women. Make it habit of removing makeup before bed, wash your face or use milk cleanser and toner. 


6. AVOID EATING OILY FOOD ON A DAILY BASIS. 


This one can be a little hard, perhaps not impossible. I'm not asking you to stop eating your favorite food rather cut down on them if not necessary. Eating too much of junk and oily food is not very good for your skin, this habits welcomes the uninvited acne to the skin, moreover your skin can become too oily or greasy. 


7. BEAUTY SLEEP. 


Don't ever compromise on your sleep schedule! Make a habit of having at least 6-7 hours of beauty sleep. This practice is not only healthy for skin but to the entire body. Taking right amount of sleep helps you to stay away from eye bags and dullness, if akes you look active, beautiful and strong. 


These are some little tips to obtain flawlessly glowing skin. Be gentle on your skin, treat it like a baby, use face mask, have skincare routine before going to bed. Make pack from things like honey, aloe vera, sandal, rosewater, charcoal powder when you get a chance and try to smile often.
