The National capital region comprises the central region encompassing the entire territory within the capital of India. Several states surrounding The capital of the nation include Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan. Whereas the prominent cities of the National capital region include Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, etc. The National capital region is a rural-urban area with a population of over 46,069,000



  • CONNECTING STATES AND DISTRICT. 


Three important neighboring states include Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan respectively, as mentioned above, having total of 24 districts on the count. So without wasting any time let's further discuss each state and their connecting district making the humungous area of the National capital region.

  • CONNECTING HIGHWAYS.


New Delhi is the major metropolitan region of India. It connects various parts of the country via highways and expressways. Here's a list of highways and expressways directly connected from Delhi and the neighboring cities. 


DELHI-GURGAON EXPRESSWAY ON NH-8 (NOW NH 48), DELHI-NOIDA DIRECT FLYWAY(DND FLYWAY), DELHI-FARIDABAD SKYWAY(BADARPUR TOLLWAY), NATIONAL HIGHWAY-1, NATIONAL HIGHWAY-2, NATIONAL HIGHWAY-8, NATIONAL HIGHWAY 10, NATIONAL HIGHWAY 24



  • METRO.


The metro has extended to states of Haryana in the districts Gurugram (entended towards the yellow line, Huda city center) and Faridabad (extended towards the violet line, Raja Nahar Singh metro station)


On the other hand in the metro is also introduced in the district of Noida  extended towards blue line, Noida city center and also recently added aqua line)


Thereby the metro stations from east Delhi are also extended towards Ghaziabad, red line, new bus-adda metro station)


Perhaps no metro is directly connected from the state of Rajasthan to Delhi yet. 


The National capital region has now become one of the most rapidly growing and developing area of the Nation. The progress is exceptionally wonderful and marking the era of utmost urbanization within the country.
