TAKING CARE OF YOUR HAIR: A THREAT.



To condition or to not, to oil or to not- when it comes to hair you'll find all kinds of advice. Some will tell you to oil often, while some will suggest using that new hair spa, Morrocan Oil, and strengthening and not rebonding and all. Before you pick your choice of treatment, here are a few things you must keep in mind. 


1. THE DIET:


The most important element for flawless hair is the diet to take care, intake more of products having proteins and iron in it. The hair cells are the fastest-growing cells but they are also the first ones to get affected if you don't eat the right amount of food. Try to include iron-rich food like pumpkin seeds, fish, leafy vegetable, soybeans, etc. Also, include complete proteins which are rich in amino acid including cheese, peas, yogurt, milk, etc.


2. PRODUCTS:


Be very careful while picking hair products for yourself. Avoid products having the following thing in it; SULPHATES, PARABENS, COCAMIDE, SILICONES, BEHENTRIMONIUM CHLORIDE,  DIETHANOLAMINE AND TRIETHOLOMINE, ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, POLYETHENE GLYCOL.


3. WATER TEMPERATURE:


Another important thing to keep in mind while taking care of your hair is the right water temperature before taking the shower, do not consider having hot water bath, go for luke-warm or cold water instead. Hot water voluntarily damages your hair making them rough and dry.
