SOCIAL MEDIA HAMPERS HAPPINESS.

How often we all tend to open our social handle and perceive the lavish and lovable life that people around us happens to live? The question here is that we set our mind considering social media platform as a major foundation of measuring a person's code of conduct. We allow social handles to govern and dictate our entire life, and it feels so that 'WE' as a generation have inculcated the evergreen addiction of defining ourselves via social platforms.

No one is really against the concept of using networking as a medium to connect and get acquainted with people around us, ive gone through this personally and I know how it feels when you get to judge people on the basis of how far they have traveled, how expensive things they own or how cute and caring boyfriend they have. This is what you call "peer pressure", or living up to the norms of the high-class society.

But you know as you evolve through the time you realize the illusion that we create for ourselves, this is a baseless parameter with a maze of not returning back ever! Have you ever wondered why on Earth would someone post their miseries on social media account? It's high time for all of us to accept the fact that social media is all the glorifies version of a person's life. Let's face it, fellas, the lavish lifestyle we get to see through social media subsides our self-confidence, making us feel competent and uncomfortable in our own skin.

Stop defining a major chunk of your life with social media and start defining it with how kind, generous and warm-hearted person you are in real life. Do not let these norms over-rule you anyday of your life and believe me the moment you'll give up on living to those parameters is just when you'll start living a life with absolute happiness.

HERE'S CELEBRATING LIFE WITHOUT IT'S VIRTUALITY. CHEERS.
