Simple and easy to prepare Doughnuts at home!



Are you ready to make some tasty doughnuts at home?


I’m here to present you with the simplest and easiest methods of preparing doughnuts with a blink of an eye.


So, let's get into the process without further ado –


Ingredients that you will be requiring –

1. Flour



125 gms



2. Baking Powder



½ tsp



3. Yeast



5 gms



4. Sugar



25 gms



5. Milk



60 ml



6. Egg



½ no.



7. Butter



10 gms



8. Oil



For Frying



 


 


METHOD –



  1. Take flour and baking powder and sieve them together.

  2. Then take all the yeast, sugar, and milk and mix them all and make ferment with some of the flour mixtures and set them aside for around 10-15 mins.

  3. Then, add the ferment to the remaining flour along with half the quantity of egg and with the remaining ingredients adding water for just the consistency and you have to make sure that the consistency is well for the doughnuts.

  4. Then knead the dough properly until it starts forming bubbles and we get the idea that the dough is ready for fermentation.

  5. Keep the dough aside in a warm place and covered with a damp cloth so that the dough is double in size.

  6. After around one hour check the dough, pick it up and knock it back and allow it to proof for some more time, keeping it aside.

  7. Then, after your dough is all ready to roll out the dough and cut the rounds with a help of a doughnut cutter and you can even use any bangle or glass with sharp edges to cut into a doughnut shape.

  8. Keep the oil ready, and fry the doughnuts till it is golden brown.

  9. When they are golden brown, turn the doughnuts onto a paper and make sure there is no oil remaining on the doughnuts.

  10. Sprinkle the doughnuts with cinnamon, or tutti fruity or you can glaze it with chocolate as well.


 


Your doughnuts are ready to be served and eaten.
