What is self improvement ?

 

Its defination is pretty self explanatory. 

Improving oneself in every field like one's knowledge , status, character ,mindset  by one's own efforts . It's a mission of making ourselves better in every facet of life. It includes self awareness  and ability to transform your habits. 

We often lie to ourselves  about the progress we are making on important goals like if we want to lose weight we claim of eating healthy but in reality we haven't changed our eating habits. These lies  prevent us from self awareness.

If you aren't aware  what you're actually doing, then it is very hard to change your life.

Trying to build better habits without self awareness is like firing arrows without target.

By developing self awareness you can feel change in your  personal thoughts and interpretations. This change in mental state will also alter your thoughts and increase emotional intelligence.

Write down all your weaknesses and strengths and focus constantly on different strategies for self improvement.

Self awareness explains are successes and failures while giving  us a clear  understanding of who we are , where to to focus  and what we need for more positive results.

 

 

 >So talk to yourself daily , this will help you to know more about yourself.
 >Ask friends and family to describe you
