Mental health is becoming a major problem in today's world. So many people are going into depression. Suicide is the breaking news on TV. Everyone has problems in their life. So be it student or teacher, engineer or doctor, farmer or businessman. Of course, there is no one in the world who has no worries.


There is nothing wrong with worrying or not worrying. But how right is it to hurt yourself? Instead we should discuss what we can do about it. Today we are so busy that sometimes we don't even have time to talk to our people. We are so busy that we do not have time to pursue our hobbies. Instead, do what you love. Give time to your friends and relatives. Share each other's problems. Don't ashamed to share your story.


There are so many people who are living virtually nowadays that we are falling somewhere alone. Nowadays, we enjoy showing happiness, rather than being happy. Somewhere we have lost our true happiness. Nowadays, social media has become a trend. We enjoy showing everything on social media. It is important to use social media; everyone should update themselves over time. But it should be used as it and as it should be. Internet has brought the world closer, but somewhere people are walking away. So live the moments first, do the things that you really enjoy. Take a photo as momenta. Do it for inner peace.


Give yourself a day off from your daily routine. Live it wholeheartedly. Sometimes we should spend time in solitude, we should discuss with ourselves. Then maybe many of your questions will be answered. Because it is more important to live happily than to live.
