RISE OF BREWERY CULTURE IN INDIA.

Over the years we have seen a change in the perception of how people perceive drinking alcohol and especially beer. The only shift that has been new to the generation is craft beer. In India, there hasn't been any typical craft beer consumer apparently. Perhaps among the normal western influence, some of the major metropolitan cities have already adopted the culture.

Adding gravity to the discussion the emergence of this culture primarily came from the western, (the trends from Europe and the US). An addition to our social victories, the rise of organic microbreweries has been a blessing to the environment. For instance, the craft beer of Kolkata is organic and unfiltered having fresh ingredients.

The growing popularity of craft beer is a positive result of the shift in people's taste. Beer especially does not confine on aspects like its appearance or personal perception. However, craft beer's market is niche because of its uniqueness and in the case of Indian states, very less offers microbreweries.

To name new of them we have: (states serving microbreweries and craft beer.

1. Maharastra (mainly Mumbai and Pune)

2. Haryana (Gurgaon).

3. Kolkata.

4. Goa.

5. Delhi.

6. Uttar Pradesh (Mainly NCR).

7. Tamil Nadu.

8. West Bengal.

9. Punjab.

10. Hyderabad.
