INSTRUCTION:


 


 


 


1. Continuing sarvangasna.


 


2.Without bending your legs inhale deeply, and as you exhale just put your hips down.


 


3. And bring your legs all the way up above your heads. Keep exhaling.


 


4. Now your hands get interlocked here.


 


5. hold it for  a while and then gently bring back.


 


Advantages + Contraindications:


 


 


 


Advantages: Plow present improves dissemination of blood and lymph, invigorates the thyroid and invulnerable framework and discharges pressure and strain in the shoulders and back.


 


Contraindications: Recent or ceaseless shoulder, neck or back injury or irritation, unmedicated hypertension, feminine cycle, pregnancy (after first trimester)


 


Adjustments + Variations:


 


 


 


Adjustments: Place a collapsed cover under the shoulders.


 


Varieties: There are three arm positions for this represent: An) along the floor, palms down despite your good faith; B) intertwine the fingers despite your good faith and tenderly press the shoulder bones together; C) slide the arms over your head and clutch the toes.
