Overcoming Feeling Of Emptiness !



We all know that life is unpredictable. We often suffers with pain and sadness. We go through some kind of dilemma. This results in negative mindset and hopelessness.


We don't  feel like talking to anyone , just wants to remain alone.


I think everyone go through this phase once in life. Its quite normal.


Don't feel you are the only one going through ,many have same issues ,many have gone through and came out bravely.


It happens when you don't have word for your feelings.Its like a whole tornado where you wanted to speak many thing but cannot or just feel messed and mixed up. 


But most important, talk to someone ,share your thoughts. You wanna cry? just cry don't feel ashamed of crying all the time.Trust me its okay to cry.


Just stop thinking that you are a victim. Like you someone or the other in the same state or worst state.


Just do everything for yourself ! No one will ask you .


If you dont want to talk to anyone just don't but believe me not saying anything just sitting alone can lead you to the verge of depression.


Start keeping yourself busy in some or the other work.


Think about yourself and your career and working accordingly.


Think positive over negative thoughts . Talk to yourself and answer all the negativity with positivity.


God have plans for everyone. WHATEVER HAPPENS ,IT HAPPENS FOR OUR GOOD ONLY!


Just trust yourself and indeed it is a tough journey, but nothing is impossible.


You'll be out of this pain soon . You'll be become a better person , more stronger, more tolerant.


 


Experience says a lot .
