Functional unit of heredity, Gene which are located on chromosome ,makeup protein functional or structural part for a cell. Proteins are the chief component in a cell ,This controllers’ all the function of a cell hence of our body too. Molecular scissors (MS) are zinc finger nucleases (ZFN),transcription activator and CRISPR/Cas9.these are the small segments of genes that codes for specific site targeting for cleaving to introduce new genes with specific functions to develop something new or to cure some diseases in humans and to build new models for human use for curing diseases .more specific MS  can be developed now to target specific sits from microorganisms or can be developed in laboratories by using biotechnology techniques with skilled workers that can be used for curing untreated diseases.

Molecular scissors are the restriction enzymes as they cleave DNA at or near a specific recognition site known as restriction site.These restriction enzymes make one incision on each of the two strands of DNA and also called as restriction endonucleases .commonly known restriction endonucleases is EcoRI.These are commonly found in bacterial cells which cleaves the foreign DNA  to prevent infections ,now this mechanism of bacterial cells have taken a new turn and are highlighted matter of research to bring more invention in this field of molecular scissors which are used for genetic modifications to understand more deeply the complex physiology of cells and its functioning .These technological advances of molecular studies about insertion , deletion and nick production in DNA and RNA to stop a infection ,to cure a diseases to know the complexity of cell function  and the challenges to their clinical implementation. These molecular scissors have brought many new inventions and mechanism in RDT to handle ainfection or genetic disorders .this has been proved as a new emerging solution in diseases that cannot be cured by drug administrations.
