literally rates in Rajasthan

Literary rates in Rajasthan

“The National Statistical Office (NSO) report 2017-18 says the state's overall literacy rate is 69.7%, the second worst in the country, just above Andhra Pradesh which logged 66.4%. “

Why does this mishap in a state which is known for its beautiful environment and ancient monuments?

The reason can’t be economically low status of people. There are many government schools which only charges  rupee 100-5000 per year fee of a student. Than why a state which is continuing a hit spot of international tourism is so low at educational facilities. Is this fault of government or Rajasthani people? Our country is raising its literary rates per year’s than why the state or the university are not paying much attention to individual education system.

Actually the thing is not money which through away the students who wants to study. It’s the old age mentality of people which says that if girl will get education than who will be their salve or who will take care of home , food and males of families.

Yes this mentality really exist and does not allow real talents of some village and why villagers from many city’s to come up and show their minds full of innovative ideas. In one some state still the male mentality rules and there are many societies which doesn’t allow female children to study much or only allow them to study till 12 or just till  graduation . Further girls are not allowed to study why ? Because they have to get married at age of 20 . Getting married is the only primary role of girls not studying or doing job or business.

The percentage of children in Rajasthan in grade V, who can “read at least words” declined from 51% in 2007 to 27% in 2014 in government schools, while reading levels in private schools declined from 78% to 64% over the same period, according to ASER data.

Can you imagine this situation. There is no one who pay attention to these little minds so that they

Can study smartly or can move out of yheir harsh conditions and see the outer world and gave competition to world. There is no guidance for them towards literary importance.

As the first part of this series observed, literacy rates and learning outcomes are some of the lowest in the BIMARU (Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh) states. By 2020, India will have the world’s largest working-age population–869 million–but an IndiaSpend analysis of these four states–with 43.6% of India’s school-age population between the age of five and 14–revealed that India is unprepared to educate and train its young population.

Rajasthan’s overall literacy rate improved 6.6 percentage points over 10 years to 2011, data show, against an all-India improvement of 9.2 percentage points to 74.04% from 64.8%. But these improvements hide some of India’s sharpest declines in learning levels, particularly in rural government schools.
