IT'S OKAY TO BE NOT OKAY!



We have a tendency to always try to make ourselves and others feel better all the time. We are driven by things like compassion and empathy. Listen I know things are not falling into its right place for you, maybe you are caught with anxiety or your job isn't anything that you thought it might be, and your bank account, I know it looks scary. 


But say it out loud THIS TOO SHALL PASS, and be a fighter! It took me a while to learn this simple fact. The last few years have been difficult for me, I coped by constantly pushing my emotions down because I was terrified of so many things that kept on negating me. I push myself and my emotions down but that didn't mean that they got disappeared. 


They are still there, inside me, buried alive! But hhtey taught me a lot, they evolved me as a person. I now see things differently and absolutely accepts the flaws I have within me, these flaws are certainly about not feeling the same enthusiasm every day! Yes, my emotions taught me about the ups and downs of life, and how it is extremely important to feel sadness as much as you feel happy.


It's only then you'd be appreciating the good days. I delayed the explosion but these negative thoughts turned positive eventually and I learnt to express your emotions is never a bad thing and if you are not okay, it's okay to say so.
