Before going directly to the steps on how to have a proper skincare.We have to know why is it so important to take care of our skin.

The answer is that our skin is the primary barrier between the outside world and our vital organs. As such it blocks germs,illness and other harmful elements from penetrating into our body and doing damage.Healthy skin is better able to defend us from elements that otherwise would make us sick.

1.Protect yourself from sun rays ,use sunscreen cream with spf in it,use seek shade ,or wear protective clothing.


2.Dont smoke as smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles.


3.Skin treatment by avoiding strong soaps ,shave carefully,pat dry your face dont rub it .


4 Have a healthy diet ,eat plenty of fruits ,vegetables ,whole grains,and lean proteins,


5.Try to manage your stress with workouts,exercise ,yoga ,as it can cause acne and other skin problems.
