HOW TO STUDY FOR LONG HOURS WITHOUT DISTRACTION

Want to study for 10+ hours without interruption or boredom? Yes, it is not an easy task, to begin with. But you can train your mind to stay focused and to avoid distractions by engaging in physical activity. Here's how to study long hours without interruption:

1. Set Accessible Learning Activities
First, start setting realistic goals. Capture chapters and ideas that are priceless, topics of interest to you and that you fall behind and set up an effective plan and activities that are accessible.

2. Learn to Set Priorities
You need to be aware of the concepts, topics, or subjects that you need to focus on and therefore prioritize. Switch lessons within an hour or 45 minutes or at any other time you will feel bored and take an interesting idea. You can always use a unique combination of linked topics or topics that will increase your focus and learning ability.

3. Create the Best Learning Environment
Finding a quiet place to focus on your study is also important to reduce distractions and boredom. Therefore, you should first look for a place where you will not be disturbed for a long time (no matter how long your study time is) and then turn off all distractions. Set up a quiet reading music and get started.

4. Enter Pause
While studying for long hours, you should always include short breaks to relax whether it is just stretching, long walks or scrolling your feed. Make sure you include a timer and don't get carried away.

5. Add fun to your study times
Next, you should also try to make your reading time more enjoyable by asking a friend to study with you or by adding music or engaging methods. This does not mean that if you have set a 10-hour reading session, you will be watching mind videos throughout these long hours. Instead you should take a specific portion of your study time, and call a friend for group study time or use the study app to complete some of the lessons. For the rest of the day, you should put in a little more focus and distraction to get the most out of your time.

6. Nap where needed
Making napping available is helpful in rejuvenating our brain and improving concentration. You can sleep for less than 30 minutes during your study period and it is always best to take this break at the same time every day as this will suit your circadian rhythm.

7. Active Not Passive Study
Most of us have been studying for hours without realizing that it has not taken away much of our study. The best way to study diligently is to write down your notes, make flashcards of ideas, or learn about the process of memory building. This means that you should always be involved while learning anything so that you are not autopilot all the time.
