How to stay healthy always ?



Often we tend to eat all junk food ,food that are not healthy for us .We start caring little or even not at all on what we are having in our day to day life because of our work ,or lifestyle pattern .


We eat in a hurry ,we sleep less ,we do less exercise and become lazy .


So how to be healthy all day long everytime .Implementing it is not that difficult as we think .We just need to follow some basic things in order to stay healthy and fit .


1.Have a balanced diet ,that includes fuits ,protein rich food like pulses etc ,it should be low in fat and cholestrol ,and ruch in proteins ,vitamins .


2.Try to break work into chunks ,take break in between ,listen to songs etc to heal your mind.


3.Try to do any exercise ,walk ,run keep yourself fit .


4.Have a proper sleep ,lack of sleep can lead to many health problems .


5.Dont smoke or quit if you do so as it damages our lungs as it contains nicotine that is not good for our health ,it just gives us immediate pleasure and cause severe problems in long run.


6.Try to talk to your near ones if you have any problem and want to quit it .


7.Brush your teeth nicely preferred twice a day to avoid having gum problems ,etc and to maintain oral hygiene.


These are some of the ways along with reducing stress ,dancing,persuing hobby ,etc that can lead to being healthy always on daily basis as it helps in working properly ,keeping physical and mental health stable and free from any kind of diseases .
