Personal hygiene is something that is not just important for a particular time but for a longer time.


Often we all face this but find it as a  challenge to maintain it.


Our personal hygiene is very important to be maintained and when this is avoided it leads to various problems .


Now what do you understand by personal hygiene?


Personal hygiene is how we care for our body.This practice includes bathing,washing our hands,brushing our teeth and more.


Everyday we come into contact with millions of outside germs and viruses.They can linger our body and in some cases can also make us sick.


Why is personal hygiene so important?


Answer is that good personal hygiene is important for both health and social reasons.It entails keeping our hands,and body clean so as to stop the spread of germs and illness.Our personal hygiene benefits our health and impacts the lives of those around us too.


GOOD PERSONAL HYGIENE HABITS INCLUDE-


1.Washing the body often helps in keeping it free from disease causing germs.


2.Cleaning the teeth at least once a day this will lead to keep gums strong and teeth healthy.


3.Washing the hand with hand wash after going to toilet helps preventing from germs.


4.Changing clothes daily helps in avoding from getting diseases due to sweat etc.


5.Sanitizing hands regularly when out in office or elsewhere can prevent from any kind of disease.


6.Turning away from other people and covering the nose with a tissue paper and covering nose and mouth with a tissue or the hand when coughing or sneezing.


7.Having a healthy diet.


So in this way personal hygiene can prove to be the best thing to stay safe,clean and for a longer and healthy life.
