How to keep going ? - Patience is the key

Jobs are always available and there are a lot of opportunities. But if you are not able to find job, don’t get disheartened, you focus on your abilities and make sure you always stay positive and hopeful. Second most important thing is to take time, to figure out your shortcomings or mistakes. The more you know yourself and your mistakes, the more you will be prepared as you will know what not to do. As mistakes are the best teacher. If you think you are putting in efforts and still not able to get the desired results, then you should not lose all hope, rather you should roll up your sleeves, gather all your courage for the next go. The choice is always yours. Make sure you make the worthful one. Your courage to give it one more try could give you success in your venture. Would you not wait for that one more outcome? How can you give up if something does not come up to you quickly? ‘The best’ always takes time. Rome was also not built in a day; it was built in 1,010,450 days. Everybody is aware of the fact; how magnificent it is. So, trust yourself and progressively work towards your target, your goal. Not only, all that effort will result into success, also the attempts you made to continue your efforts will develop a sense of patience in yourself which will make you ready for any such situations further. Your interest is more important, why because only you can be best productive when your interest matches with your work. Now coming up to problems students are facing while constantly preparing for a job, and still not getting the job of their choice. There might be various reasons for the same, but the most highlighted reason comes up to be the skill factor. The students might not possess the required skills for that particular profile. In this case they need to focus on acquiring the skills beforehand, so that they have better chances to get hired by the company. If something is lacking, they need to figure out and sharpen their skills, later apply for the same profile. Students preparing for government exams, should check whether they have sufficient knowledge or not. If they think they are weak at some subject, they should thoroughly study the subject and note down the concepts they are weak at, later clarify the same by some good source or understand them after in classes. And regularly giving online mock tests for the same to lessening the probability of mistakes, i.e. nearing perfection. Practice makes the man perfect. The more you practice, the more you increase your chances of getting selected. Another factor is, not possessing good communication skills. Here, the students may be well versed with the subject or may be skilled too. But when it comes to expressing, they cannot depict their skills in a presentable manner, automatically their chances of getting selected becomes less despite of possessing required skills. Now how to deal with this problem? Coming to the key points, the most important factor is vocabulary. Vocabulary can only be enhanced by reading habit. When you regularly read newspapers, or even novels, you get to learn new words. You can always refer to dictionary for such words, also in today’s world you can get all such information through internet or mobile applications. It is quick and easy to learn with these applications, as they are readily available in your devices. So, learning process will be continued wherever you go. Only you should be willing to utilize your time. You can look for the word’s meaning, look for synonyms (to add a few more words to your vocabulary), also you can look for the examples depicting the word’s implementation in the sentences. This way you can learn how to use the word in different sentences, so as to get a clear picture. Only having the idea of the word won’t be enough, you need to keep those words in practice, eventually they will get added up to your own vocabulary. Secondly, you need to communicate with someone in order to learn and bring fluency.  A person having good knowledge of English is preferable over the person having less knowledge, why because is he will be able to correct you if you go wrong somewhere. Also, another factor is the grammatical skills. If you have sound knowledge of grammar, then you can take your language to next level. Without correct or improper grammar, you will not be able to make an impact on the interviewer, but if good at that, you will stand out from the crowd at least. With this current scenario of high competition, your uniqueness only can help you stand out from the crowd. All this discussed here is not a one-day process. It takes time to acquire good amount of knowledge and skills. Lastly, confidence is the factor students lack behind in. What amount of confidence you have depends on how much you have practiced? The amount of confidence is directly proportional to the efforts you put in. That is why you need to work with full dedication, and patience, moreover faith in yourself. Without faith you are candle without a wick. i.e. you will not be able to bring the best in you if you don’t believe in yourself and the efforts you put in.

You need to constantly look for the ways to improve the quality of work. Doing smart work can save you a lot of time. If you stay positive, vigilant and work hard accordingly, you will be able to get desired results and most important don’t give up, or become casual in your efforts, all your efforts will add up to bring the combined results.
