How to improve concentration.



In the present day, competition is increased not only in studies but also in every field. To achieve dreams everyone is working very hard, but sometimes it is very difficult to concentrate on something because some people are suffering from harder times, someone lacks concentration, suffering from insomnia also affects concentration, and there are many more reasons why concentration cannot happen.


To conquer this, there are some remedies that you should follow:



  1. Complete one part at a time:


    Some persons do a lot of work at a time. For example, a person lives alone far from his family because of his study. He wants to make his own earning, so he joined an internship. Now he has many things to do i.e. his studies, household work, and now his internship. He is doing two chores at a time, but at the last, his work remains incomplete. Because he does two duties at a time, and that’s why he lacks concentration.


               On the other way, if he does one duty at a time, then he concentrates more, he can save more time, and he can improve his performance by doing one task at a time.


        2. Do not use mobile phones:


    While doing work, you should avoid mobile phones because it is a cause of distracting your concentration. A mobile phone’s notification is the source of disturbance in your work because it rings always when the message comes.


If you do not use mobile in your work, then it will help you to sharpen your attention and concentration.


        3. Make and maintain a time table:


    Make a time table so that you can manage your chores and studies. Only making time table will not work, you should maintain that also so that your concentration power will increase and it will also rise a new habit. A time table is one of the best habits that lead to fulfil your dream.


         4. Improve sleep:


     Sleeping is the best measure to boost up your concentration. If you sleep less, then you cannot concentrate on what you are doing. Less sleep causes too many problems i.e. destroy your schedule, it also affects health issues, and it also affects your performance at your work. Everyone should sleep a maximum of 7-8 hours per day because it increases your capability.
