How to boost up health



There are sever health issues humans are facing now a days such as obesity, diabetes cervical pain and hypertension. These are few different diseases which are troubling all of us . Not us than many of our family members or friends. To over come this problem there are some simple task that can be done to save or protect one from being grabbed in such serious conditions. Its has to be taken care because taking these health issues lightly would lead us to bed for life long  time or may become a chronic and hereditary diseases for our upcoming disease for our upcoming genera. 


So few tasks  are as follow:



  • do morning walk daily for at least 3 km 

  • have 2-3 glass of Luke warm  water daily 

  • have some meditation daily for at-least 1 hour 

  • Try to get up early in morning  Apart from busy schedule sharp at 5 am

  • give quality time to yourself, give yourself importance 

  • Spend some quality and happy time with family and beloved once 

  • go for a medical check up at-least twice in 12 month period 

  • have a healthy diet 

  • take more fibrous  food and jump to more  fruits and vegetables than to junk food 

  • avoid junk food more 

  • Do yoga daily for an hour .

  • involve yourself in plantation and gardening 


avoid playing games on phone and try to shift to outdoor games . Stay healthy and fit , and its well said that healthy mind brings success to our doors.
