How to be Perfectly Happy Alone!

Many people don’t like to be alone, they get scared, they feel like this as a challenge that they can’t face but in reality, being alone is a different level of happiness that cannot be defined when you’re with someone.

If you can naturally happy alone, then you can also feel happy when you are with others, but if you’re happy with others and can’t be happy with yourself, then there is a problem.

Some people think that being alone and being lonely is the same concept, but it isn’t.

When you like to spend your time alone, rather than being with friends or family members or any relative, that means you are happy alone. You want to be your alone time.

And on the other hand, when you’re disconnected from people, you can’t relate to your friends or family members or you have no friends, and you want someone that means you’re sad alone, and that also means you’re lonely.

If you want to be happy alone, then PRACTICE SOLITUDE.

TURN YOUR LONELINESS INTO SOLITUDE!

“Language… has created the word ‘loneliness’ to express the pain of being alone. And it has created the word ‘solitude’ to express the glory of being alone.”

While loneliness is a negative term, Solitude is positive.

Solitude means you’re alone, but you’re happy with your own company. You’re not forced to be alone. You can’t see this as a punishment, and you’re not forcing yourself to be alone.

GO TO YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE

You should go to your favorite place alone and sit there, watch some good scenery or anything that makes your mind feels peaceful.

ACCEPT YOURSELF

If you learn to accept yourself, half of the problems evade there only. This is the most difficult process, yet if someone did this, then it will be the most satisfying. If you accept yourself, then you find a deep connection within yourself. You will no longer place so much emphasis on the opinion of other people and what they think about you. And most importantly, you will be independent.

DISCOVER WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD

Try to discover the things that make you happy. That may be drawing, singing, dancing, swimming, watching some movies, etc. If you only don’t know what makes you happy, then how can you expect from others? So, we need to know that true happiness lies within us, not on other people.
