HOMEMADE REMEDIES TO REDUCE SUNTAN.



For many of us, the onset of the summer season becomes a huge dilemma. Oily and sweaty skin, suntan and what not. A wide array of products are available in the market to cater to these summer problems. But what about suntan in the long run? Applying sunscreen with strong SPF on the skin can be relieving right now but what about the impending effects of these sunscreens in the long run? Don't you worry, I've got you covered. Presenting 3 homemade recipes with easily available ingredients to naturally remove suntan.  


1. LEMON JUICE AND HONEY.


PROCEDURE. Take two tablespoons of honey and squeeze half lemon into the bowl. Mix the paste well and apply it directly to the tanned area. Let it gey settle for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse it with cool water. Apply the mixture twice a week and see the results yourself. 


The bleaching properties of lemon will help you remove suntan, honey, on the other hand, will help your skin to remain soft and smooth. 


2. TURMERIC AND BENGAL GRAM FLOUR (BESAN) FACE PACK.


PROCEDURE: Take two tablespoon of besan in a bowl and pour together with half tablespoon of turmeric and few drops of rose water. Mix the ingredients well and finally add two teaspoons of milk. What you will get is a thick paste. Apply it to your skin and let it dry away. Now rinse it with cool water and you're ready with smooth tan free skin. Apply this mixture twice a week for better results. 


3. LEMON JUICE AND CUCUMBER FACE PACK.


PROCEDURE: Take few sliced cucumbers and mash it properly, now squeeze some lemon juice and add few drops of rose water in it. Mix the ingredients well until smooth and lump-free. Apply the mixture to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse it with cold water. Repeat the procedure twice a week and you are good to go.
