HACKS TO AVOID OVERSLEEP.



Nearly everyone has days when they feel sleepy. Poor sleeping habits are often the cause of daytime sleepiness. Surprisingly the problem of daytime sleepiness starts at night. The phenomenon can slow down your work speed and mood as well. Before you go through any more groggy and lazy days. Try these ways to improve nighttime sleep and avoid sleepy daytime days.


1. KEEP DISTRACTIONS OUT OF BED.


Always make sure to keep distractions mainly caused by using electronic gadgets aside before going to bed. Avoid reading, watching television, using mobile phones and even music at times before going to bed. The thought of using these distractions can keep you up till later odd hours of the night. 


2. SET A CONSISTENT WAKE-UP TIME.


The very crucial thing to do while making sure to get proper nighttime sleep is by setting a consistent wake-up time. Set alarm for yourself and try to follow up the routine as hard as it gets. But once it'll become a habit you might get over the phase of dealing with it hardly. Later you might want to get to bed thinking of waking up at that particular time now. 


3. EXERCISE.


The last tip for this article is exercising. Make sure you move your body a bit so that you feel tired enough at the end of the day to go to bed as early as it gets. Make sure that exercise does not turn into exertion.
