HABITS TO AVOID DURING VACATIONS.



We often face trouble to get through with the dullness of summers. Did you just completed watching your favorite TV series and now thinking what's next, then my buddy you're stuck in the boredom station the way I use to! I learned in my school days that vacations are not always about lazing around in your favored PJ's and eating a considerable amount of junk, let it be something different, keep in mind not to do things that'll escalate your sluggishness. Let me be your guide here. 


1. AVOID NAPS DURING DAY TIME. 


The worst part of vacation is daytime when you feel lethargic enough to sleep it out. That's where we go wrong, why we can't be productive. Bring out your favorite white shirt of yours, and why not paint it! May be arranging your wardrobe or coloring your darling pillow cover can be a gateway from the insanely uneventful afternoon. 


2. NO MORE CAFFEINE.


The point is to be rocker enough to say no to caffeine and enjoy trying out some refreshing mocktails and smoothies. This will captivate your sense and will help you strengthen your alertness. on the other hand, caffeine can act as a psychoactive drug which can negatively impact your health. Remember not to do things that make you feel inactive.


3. BEAT THE SMARTPHONE ADDICTION. 


One of the most important task is to be productive without excessive use of the smartphone. There are certain hacks to avoid this addiction.



  • Delete inessentials apps from the phone. 

  • Turn off the notification.

  • Entangle your lock code.

  • Put your phone on silent.

  • Get a real alarm clock.


4. QUIT BEING INSIDE ALL THE TIME.


Don't you get bored being sheltered all the time during vacations? We always need change to spend guilt-free lazy times out of the room too. Meet people, catch up with old pals, or visit park and museum nearby! You should not do things that might boost your laziness every day.


5. DON'T BE AFRAID TO LEARN SOMETHING NEW. 


Summers are about promising to be creative and enjoy being insanely busy without touching your gadgets. Here I have a list of things to try-out during vacation.



  • Look for new hobbies.

  • Try playing a different sport.

  • Visit a place unknown.   

  • Try earning a new language. 

  • Paint your hair green, red, purple. 

  • Do yoga and exercise.


All of this pin-points towards one thing which is- to keep yourself engaged and busy with happy activities. Don't overthink, work on your physical, mental and spiritual health and smile a lot.
