H1 b visa

So I am here to let you know about H1B visa.

Some of you might already been aware about it but those who are not let me tell you what it is -

What is H1B visa?

H1B visa  permits a foreign national to work in the United states for a temporary basis .It is available for people with skilled knowledge with bachelors or masters degree,or equivalent foreingn role requirement as per the standards ,exceptions like people having 12 years of experience like M.D surgeon .

This visa can be hold for maximum 6 years ,and it may be issued in increment of upto 3 years by the USCIS .

It is also known as work visa.

H1 B visa fees is very costly -

$300 base filing fees 

$750 ,$1500 ACWAI fees

$500 fraud prevention and detection fee

And $1225 optional premium processing fee.

Thats quite alot right ,but you are responsible to pay only the last fees.

A person with masters degree will have an add on advantage to be the first to be in the lottery list for your selection.

If you are not selected the amount will be refunded and you can reapply the next year .

The Problems faced  under this are-

A. lack of employment mobility

B. Difficulty in receiving loan .
