0.WARMUP :

The warmup is mandatory before we start our workouts as it staves off from the twitches And joint distress. Just twirl well your hands and legs and do a few high knee walk.

 

1. MOUNTAIN CLIMBER:

 



• Start in a conventional plank with your shoulders directly over your hands and wrists. Be sure to keep your back flat and your butt down, maintaining a neutral spine.

• Engage your core and lift up your right knee, bringing it toward your elbow. It's OK if you can't bring the knee all the way to your elbow. Return the Right knee back to the starting post position simultaneously drive the left knee up toward your left elbow. Retreat to the starting position.

• Keep on switching legs and proceed to pick up the pace until it feels like you're "running" in place in a plank position.

• Continue "running" in your plank for 30 seconds. Repeat for a total of four rounds.

 

2. PLANKS:

 

 

Planks are one of the most effective exercises you can do. Because they require a small-time to invest:  on your part and offer the chance to achieve substantial results in a real relatively short span of time.

 

3 SQUAT JUMPS:

 

Jump squats increase your regular squats, boost upper and lower body strength, and burn calories faster than regular squats. Additionally, the flexibility gained in your ankles and hips from the fluid motion of a jump squat will help prevent injuries during other exercise routines.

 

 

4.JUMPING JACKS:

 

 

A jumping jack or star jump, also called side-straddle hop in the US military, is a physical jumping exercise performed by jumping to a position with the legs spread wide and the hand going overhead, sometimes in a clap, and then returning to a position with the feet together and the arms at the sides. 

 

 

5. BACK KICKS:

 Breathe deeply, shifting your weight into your left foot to prepare to kick your right leg. An adequate kick should string together four phases: 1) Bend your right knee and lift your foot off the floor fetching your leg seldom behind you. 2) Extend your right knee to untangle your leg (foot flexed) to kick an imaginary target behind you. 3) Bend your knee again. 4) Return your foot to the floor. Recite back kicks on the leg OR alternate legs after each kick. After abundant repetitions on this leg, switch sides.
