This pose helps to create awareness of your muscles and balance increasing strength and flexibility in the feet legs and hips. It is also a good starting position for a lot of other standing poses. It is also known as palm tree pose.


Steps to perform this:



  1. Stand erect keeping 1-2 feet distance in your legs

  2. Now along inhaling, move your both hands sideways upto your head and interlace our fingers just above your crown chakra

  3. Now exhale.

  4. On your next inhale, move your heels and hands simultaneously upwards and flip your palms.
