This pose helps to create awareness of your muscles and balance increasing strength and flexibility in the feet legs and hips. It is also a good starting position for a lot of other standing poses. It is also known as palm tree pose.
Steps to perform this:
- Stand erect keeping 1-2 feet distance in your legs
- Now along inhaling, move your both hands sideways upto your head and interlace our fingers just above your crown chakra
- Now exhale.
- On your next inhale, move your heels and hands simultaneously upwards and flip your palms.
