Obesity has been a major concern there days. The count of obesity all over the places has been rapidly increasing, which increases the heart attack rates all over the globe. People who often put a lot a lot of effort in losing weight by following a diet, are emostly under a wrong impression about the food sources and it's supplements. 1. Boiled potatoes: 


You might have heard that potatoes aren't good for health, and consuming potatoes may lead to bad fat accumulation right? Well, then here a wonderful news! Boiled potatoes have huge amount of potassium in them, which makes a good fIller to our stomach and will make sure that our hunger is suppressed. Potato also has high nutritional values.

Salmon meat are rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acid, which makes it a good choice for losing weight. Also, salmon meat is good for thyroid glands.


5. Avocados:


While most of the fruits are loaded with carbs, avocados are high in monounsaturated oleic acid, the same acid present in olive oil.


6. Nuts:


Nuts make an excellent snack, and also has high amount of fiber and protein. Nuts are said to increase the metabolic activity of the body, which helps to lose weight.


7. Chilli pepper: 


The spiciness in the chilli pepper is said to decrease your appetite, and also increase fat burning. But, while consuming chilli pepper, one must also remember to keep their body cool and hydrated.
