FIRST DAY AT COLLEGE

Ever since my college commenced, I have some unusual aches inside my stomach. I wasn't really sure if I would be able to get along with everyone, will there be bullies? The vey thought made me nauseous. That day I went early to bed with all the mixed-up thoughts and gathering every ounce of my being to look bold and confidence I drove myself to the college.

The front gate was mesmerizing as charming as the brochure portrayed it. I looked around I found pretty cool people, dancing, practicing, singing and the drama class too. They all seem to look arrogant. Nevermind, I hopped myself all along and reached for my very first lecture that day. People were pretty friendly there.

All the new faces attended the convocation and received a warm welcome from the faculty. I met a girl named Nancy she was pretty confident and smart, we exchanged numbers and yes! she was finally a known face to me. We were going to the class when I bumped into a very cute guy.

Too scared to even say sorry I found out he was the head of the student union, seeing me all shy and nervous he took me his fellow mates who sang an awfully bad welcome song for me. The union head:  Jeremy came up to me and said we all are the same and there's nothing to worry about.

He made me realize being best is not always fun, sometimes weirdness goes a long way. Nancy and I ate lunch with them and had a great time together.
