Hitting the gym is the trend nowadays. People often flaunt their workout abs inside fancy gyms. This might become one of the reasons for people to gain obsession with one's bod leading a way of over-exercising as well. Have you evr heard of this word? Yes, it does exist, it's rather painful and hazardous than healthy. A lot of us, in fact, are not even aware of something like this that exists in the real-world or not.


But the word id a synonym of danger for your physical and mental health. It may lead you tired, lazy and fatigue all day long. Over-exercising is considered hazardous to one's personal health. This phenomenon may sometimes reduce a person's ability to think . Training too frequently can create a variety of symptoms or issues. 


The short term symptoms include constant fatigue, elevated resting heart rate, weakening of body's immune system, increase risk of injury, mood swings, dullness, broken down of muscle tissues, stress fractured in bones and decrease the level of the natural hormone. Some studies have even shown that prolonged training and exercising sessions can result in a shorter lifespan.
