EASY WORKOUT ROUTINE AT HOME.



The generation today is getting health conscious and people can't stop gushing about maintaining a physique especially when it is about their social status and appearances. Perhaps some of us really find it difficult to take out time from the hectic schedule and give ourselves and our body some time. 


Before moving further I would really appreciate for y'all to know that exercise shouldn't be about exertion, it should rather be performed as a fun activity to keep your mind and your body happy and alive. 


Some of the activities you can consider doing as a part of your exercise routine are listed below.


1. BRISKWALK.


Morning or even evening walk is one of the best things to include in your exercise routine. Brisk walk for hardly 10-15 minutes is enough. You might even listen to music while walking to help release the stress. A study reveals that a brisk walk helps in regulating blood pressure, prevents hypertension and reduce the chances of heart diseases and stroke. Moreover, it decreases the risk of breast cancer after menopause for ladies. 


 2. YOGA. 


Yoga has N number of advantages. 10 minutes of yoga each day helps in increasing flexibility, maintains metabolism, improves the respiratory and circulatory system, reduces stress, enhances concentration level. Now, don't you think 10-15 minutes of yoga every day is not a bad idea?


3. STRETCHING.


A little stretching here and there is of no harm to anyone. Stretching helps to improve posture, enhances flexibility, prevents back and body pain, relief stress, and calms the mind. Just a little disclaimer: stretching can be painful if not performed properly, so better recommend a video or a personal instructor before starting the procedure.  


 4. OUTDOOR GAMES


The best way to enjoy your exercise routine is by playing your favorite sport, often we see people are passionate about one particular game that they miss on because of the busy life schedule. This can be football, basketball, cricket, etc. Playing these adds funs to your life, it brings a change to the outlook of life on a much different level. 


5. DANCE


Well, the above point was precisely in favor of men, what about young ladies? Yes, Zumba, Aerobics, Bollywood, western, jazz, all of these dance forms can be the best getaway exercise ritual for y'all. Join these classes and let yourself loose, get going and stay high on your moves. 


Last but not least, do not forget to do meditation often, I'm not asking you to that every day of the week, instead some free days where you really think of yourself not occupied with loads of work. Meditation is the best therapy to refresh, rejuvenate and relax your mind.


Don't be too hard on yourself when it comes to maintaining a figure, remember you are doing just fine, praise yourself, your body and your life often and half of the problems will vanish automatically.
