EASY WAYS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN

How often you see your skin getting oily or dry? Or the pimples and of course the breakout. Our skin type varies vastly, some are broken with dry skin and some with extremely oily. All we have to figure out the type we fall into and prepare a quick list of the dos and the don't to remember for healthy and glowing skin.

  • FOR OILY SKIN: (THE DOS)

1. WASH REGULARLY:

Washing your face with lukewarm water and a gentle soap can reduce the amount of oil from the skin.

2.EXFOLIATE:

try to scrub as often as you can, recommended like two days week at least. Exfoliating helps to remove dead skin cells to keep the skin clean and less oily.

3. USE FACE MASK:

Use a face mask to reduce oiliness from the skin, pat the face dry and use a toner

  • FOR OILY SKIN: (THE DON'TS)

1. LESS MOISTURIZING:

The one-stop solution to get rid of oily skin is by not applying heavy moisturizers, moisturizers can make your skin extremely oily and sweaty especially during summers.

2. SAY NO OILY FOOD:

For this point im not asking you to completely cut off with your junk buddy, perhaps you can avoid excess intake of it to cure the oily skin you have.

  • FOR DRY SKIN: (THE DOS)

1. APPLY MOISTURIZER:

The most important thing a dry skin keeper requires to do is use a moisturizer every time after washing face.

2. SKIP LONG SHOWERS:

Yes, skiing long hot shoers is another important thing you can do. Hot water strips oils from the skin faster than water in any other temperature.

3. RIGHT USE OF PRODUCTS:

Use a gentle cleanser or shower gel with moisturizer. Go for unscented soap, free or mild soap cleaners instead of harsh cleansers

  • FOR DRY SKIN: (THE DON'TS)

1. QUIT EXFOLIATING:

This process can make your skin look dry more than ever, scrubbing remove necessary oils from the making it look dry and down.

2. AVOID PRODUCTS HAVING CAFFEINE OR ALCOHOL TOO MUCH:

Dry skin patients should avoid products having diuretics like alcohol and caffeine, and watch their salt intake.
